    It wants me to enroll as a developer, but thats $100 a year. What am i doing wrong here?

      There is nothing wrong. Apple requires you to pay $100 to register as a developer.

    When I install the Cydia Extender using the App Specific Password that I generated and copied onto my clipboard, it gives me this error. file: installer.cpp; line 71; what: _assert(!teams.empty())
    I don’t know what to do.

      Sorry about the issue. its a problem with cydia Impactor. Please try a new tool called AltDeply for Mac. It was released recently.
